The latest from ZTE is the Bingo smartphone. It looks smart and is the first ultra-slim big screen BMP (Brew Mobile Platform) 3G phone. Qualcomm s BMP is a mobile operations system that allows high end usage to mobile phones. With features including new operation systems like OMS and Linux giving high quality functionality, and an assortment of different options, the ZTE is sure to be a very sought after phone once it s released to the public.
ZTE have jam-packed the Bingo smartphone with high quality features. Along with BMP, the Bingo also has Adobe Flash, and these two features combined allow advanced functionality for other features like the touchscreen, multimedia, open platform scalabilty, and windows management, as well as extending support for the development of applications.
This ZTE mobile phone is incredibly fast. An accelerator has been included that can support a download speed of 7.2Mbps, giving you lots of time to surf the web freely. The 5 megapixel camera will capture those picture perfect moments. It also includes a nifty VGA front facing camera.
The ZTE smartphone is one of the few mobile phone companies that offer their smartphones based on different operating systems, like OMS, Linux and Windows Mobile. OMS stands for Open Mobile System. This is a new browser-based application. Like iTunes, OMS allows the consumer to have their own mobile application store.
The smartphone also features a 3.2-inch touchscreen, HSDPA, and with A-GPS and Google Maps you ll never get lost. See what your friends are up to and where the party is with other applications like MSN and Facebook. The ZTE smartphone runs the new dynamic UI (user interface), which supports the multitouch function and application developments.
The announcement of the ZTE smartphone took place recently at MWC, along with five other new phones. Although the release date is yet to be announced, the ZTE could be a cool new addition to this generation of smartphones.
