China Vanke says Oct property sales more than double

The country's top developer recorded sales of 86.93 billion yuan for the first 10 months of the year, it said in a brief statement to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

China Vanke said it had added three new projects in October.

The company's yuan-denominated A shares traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange closed down 0.9 percent on Thursday ahead of the announcement of the October sales.
