ORRION Chimie, a France-based manufacturer of chemicals, has acquired the Orlean-based plant located in central France from The Dow Chemical Company, a US-based manufacturer and seller of chemicals, plastic materials, agricultural and other specialized products and services.

Pursuant to the transaction, Orlean-based plant will be named as Orrion Chimie Orgaform (OCO). Orlean-based plant produces fast glues.
