MELBOURNE, July 14 - Australian farm chemicals group's Nufarm said its strategic review would involve reallocating resources away from its glyphosate business, which has been its focus up to now.
"We built quite a bit of the value of the company on glyphosate, which clearly has changed," Managing Director Doug Rathbone told analysts and reporters on a conference call.
He said plans by U.S. giant Monsanto , maker of Roundup glyphosate, to be more competitive on pricing had hit sales in North America.
"The market has just frozen," Rathbone said.
