PA66 Market Comments and Forecast(27 Aug,2010)

p>The PA66 market was steady this week and individual market offer fell in a small range. The reason was that Invista will increase the adiponitrile supply. Under the increasing raw material the output of global PA66 enterprises was expected to increase. Currently, the export quantity of Asahi Kasei was more ; the supply from Dupont and Solutia was abundant.The PA66 market is expected to maintained a shocking tread in a small range.

This week the PA66 market of East Area was watery and the offers fluctuated in a small range. Shen Ma EPR27 including tax quote maintained at 31500 RMB / ton; Rhodia A205F, Asahi Kasei 1300S, Solutia 21SPC and Radici Group A45 quotes were steady; Dupont 101L including tax quotes maintained at 36000 RMB / ton.

Under the slowdown in economic growth and the cars turn to digesting stock in a long-term, PA66 effective demand outlook is not optimistic. To see the supply and demand aspect, the PA66 market in the second half of this year will fall in a consolidation and the prices will return to normal levels. If the global economy improves later and drives China's export market then enhance PA66 rigid demand, the PA66 market is also expected to appear a good market.
