The drop came when domestic refineries cut crude throughput by 1.56% amid maintenance, though they edged up gasoil output ratio by 0.08 percentage points to 38.21% amid stronger demand from fishing and agriculture.
China's gasoil output added up to 103.20-mil mt in the first eight months of 2010, up 13.78% year-on-year, the data also shows.
