Guangdong's X'mas Exports Up Slightly

Southern China's Guangdong Province sold abroad 770 million U.S. dollars worth of Christmas products in the first 10 months of this year, an increase of 3.9 percent on the same period of last year, the local customs house said Thursday.

Of the total, traditional markets in Europe and America accounted for 77.9 percent.

Meanwhile, the province's Christmas exports to Russia soared 72.6 percent to 11.58 million U.S. dollars worth.
