Feng Shiliang, male, graduated from the Beijing Chemical Engineering Institute, Inorganic Chemical Major. He worked in Ministry of Chemical Industry and mainly engaged in production scheduling, economic analysis, statistical analysis and comprehensive analysis work from August 1988. He successively served as cadres, deputy director general, section chief and other positions. 1998-2001, he served as the section chief in information Statistics Office of National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning and Development Department and is responsible for petroleum and chemical industries economic analysis work.
He served as deputy director and director of the Ministry of Society Information, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association from 2001.
He was appointed for Deputy Secretary-General of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and engaged in petroleum and chemical industry economic analysis and forecasting, writing industry analysis reports, organizing industry research, planning and organizing Petroleum and Chemical Industry Economic Situation Summit.
