Shu Zhaoxia graduated from Petroleum Refining Major, East China Institute of Science and Technology, and obtained a bachelor degree in February 1982. Now she is the vice chief engineer and chief expert of SINOPEC Research Institute of Economy and Technology and enjoy the State Council expert allowance.
She has long been engaged in assessment and planning work of petrochemical industry projects. She served as birthdiscussionning job of the national chemical industry, "Seventh Five-Year", "Eighth Five-Year ," "Ninth Five-Year " "Tenth Five-Year"Plans. She is responsible for domestic and international petroleum and chemical market research and forecasting. Now she is particapating in China's petrochemical industry "Twelfth Five-Year" plan work.
