The Sino-Russia Crude Pipeline was filled after the second batch of 300,000mt of crude arrived at Daqing terminal in Northeast China on Dec 19, according to news released on the website of China National Petroleum Corporation, the operator of the Chinese branch of the pipeline.

Russia started to inject the 300,000mt of crude on Dec 12, the news said.
As C1 reported earlier, Mohe, the first of terminal of Sino-Russian Crude Pipeline in China, received the first batch of 250,000mt of crude on Nov 2.
Crude transmitted by Sino-Russia Crude Pipeline might be mainly supplied to Daqing Refining & Chemical, Liaoyang Petrochemical and some other refineries located in Northeast China, C1's record indicated.

According to an agreement between Russia and China, the China-Russia crude pipeline will transport 15-mil mt of crude annually from 2011 to 2030, during which period Russia will receive US$25-bil in loans in exchange for long-term crude supplies. However, the pipeline is capable of pumping twice that amount into China annually.

China accumulatively imported 12.79-mil mt of crude from Russia in the first ten months of 2010, versus about 15-mil mt in the whole year of 2009, showed data from the General Administration of Customs.
