The low-rent house project-Tiancheng Xinju is one of the key projects in Jinan and keynote houses in the interests of people s livelihood. The project began its construction in August 2009, and completed on June 4, 2010, 25 days ahead of schedule with the support of relevant departments in Jinan, which laid a solid foundation for successfully putting the whole project into service.
