Which are the most popular pavilions for Jinan citizens of more than 300 ones at Shanghai World Expo? Currently, a statistics covering 8 cities including Jinan reveals that China Pavilion, Saudi Arabia Pavilion and Japan Pavilion are the most popular ones.
A survey, conducted by Horizon Research Consultancy Group, investigated permanent residents aged 14~65 from 8 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, Chengdu, Dalian and Xi an. Respondents are those who have been to the World Expo and the will-be visitors.
The survey discloses that for those who have visited the World Expo, the most popular pavilions are China Pavilion and Saudi Arabia Pavilion. And for those who expect to visit the World Expo, China Pavilion, Japan Pavilion and America Pavilion are the first choice of them.
About 40% of the respondents who have visited the Expo reveal that China Pavilion has the best impression on them; meanwhile, 50% of those who plan to visit the Expo reveal that China Pavilion is the first place where they want to visit.
The reason for China Pavilion s popularity is the attraction of its pavilion. The red pendentive image of the pavilion building, the IMAX Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival (widescreen) in the pavilion and the oversize exhibit No.1 Qinling bronze chariot and horse display their charm.
