Debut of new Jinan TV logo

Jinan, July 18 At 21:00, bedsides the Baotu Spring, a live-action performance named Gushing Spring and Scented Lotus opened the curtain of New Jinan TV Logo Starting Ceremony.

At 21:30, when the starter was pressed, a new 3D TV logo with a diameter of 1.5m, with its retinue of eight national synchronized swimmers, rises up slowly from the water bottom. It symbolizes the TV logo for seven Jinan channels being uniformly replaced by the new one.

The new Jinan TV logo takes gushing spring water and blooming lotus as main design element and prototype. The visual image not only contains the blossoming flower petal, but also resembles the three gushing Baotu spring water.

The old Jinan TV logo has been used for many years. With the increase of audiences beauty appreciation level and changes of modern aesthetic interest, quite a few experts and audiences believe that the color, shape, and meaning of the old TV logo can not fully embody the long history and culture, distinct regional characteristics as well as the new look emerged from the rapid development.

Therefore, Jinan has started to collect new TV logo since the year s beginning. Through several rounds screening, the current design is finally decided.
