BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, concluded its annual session here Monday morning.
Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, presided over the closing meeting.
Chinese President Hu Jintao and other senior leaders were present at the meeting.
