At 2:30 pm yesterday, the Municipal Meteorological Station released yellow warning of rainstorm, saying that Shaoxing would have a short period of rainstorm in future 6 hours and rainfall would reach 50 millimeters, and calling for relevant personnel to do preparatory work well.
At 8:00 pm last night, the news of the Municipal Meteorological Station showed that the rainfall in Jinlin Hill of Xinchang reached 37 millimeters, Jiashan Castle between Xiaoshan and Zhuji hit 24.5 millimeters, Shengzhou 12.8 millimeters, and Pingshui 14.6 millimeters. Looking at the citywide picture, there s no large-scale rainstorm, and it brought little effect on Shaoxing.
The subtropical high pressure is moving toward west today. Affected by its edge, it will be cloudy today, and there will have shower or thunder storm in the afternoon. It s noticeable that the air temperature will begin to go up in recent three days, the maximum air temperature will keep at about 35 . Citizens should well prepare for sunstroke prevention and cooling.
