At 19:30 on July 13, the lights were all on in the choir village of Shaoxing Technical Secondary School. All the staff and volunteers including the village chief Lou Huashui were waiting for the guests. They are coming. They are coming. A bus with 39 choir members of the Yer-Tostik-Miras from Kazakh entered into the village slowly. This is the first group of international guests to live in this village.
This is a boys choir. The children were curious with everything when they got off the bus. The village head held a brief welcoming ceremony, delivering a box as a gift to each boy. In the box, there is a hand painting from Shaoxing university students. The boys brought out dombras, playing and dancing. It s hot and air conditioning is on. All beds are ready. Yu Pingnv who is in charge of room service checked each room again with her colleagues. Each room has a check-in guide of both Chinese and English version, healthcare service guide and introduction to Shaoxing. Mosquito coils, mosquito nets and toiletries are all available.
After check-in, the staff led the boys to dormitory. After a while, they had a dinner in the canteen.
