In the Shaoxing Grand Theater this morning, Changzhou Choir of Changzhou Vocal Music Association and other choirs in the 8th category of mixed choirs were rehearsing for the first competition at 2.p.m. yesterday afternoon. Some other qualifying competitions was on in the music hall of Shaoxing University and the theater of cultural center of Shaoxing County yesterday afternooon as well. The children's choir of Yuecheng Culture & Education Bureau, a local choir of Shaoxing, alsol made its debut in the Games yesterday.
According to the Organization Committee of WCG, altogether 7 choirs from Indonesia,Czec Republic, Mexico competed in the category of mixed choirs, and 18 choirs entered for the qualifyings held in the music hall of Shaoxing University and the Theater of Cultural Center in Shaoxing County. The children's choir of Yuecheng Culture & Education Bureau is the winner of gold prize in Zhejiang Choir Competition and was in the qualifying round held in the music hall of Shaoxing University yesterday.
