According to the news released by Price Bureau of Zhejiang Province on August 17, the latest edition of Price Catalogs of Zhejiang Province will come into effect on September 1. The government shall issue government-set prices for low-rent houses and public rental houses.
Based on the latest edition of Price Catalogs, the government shall issue government-set or guided prices for the following six types of merchandise and services: important merchandise such as salt and textbooks for primary school and middle school students, a part of resource products including power and urban water supply, important public utilities such as taxi service and motor vehicle parking, important services of public welfare in nature such as cable TV and funeral service, important professional services including railway transportation, civil aviation and extended services of postal service, and such low-income housing as economically affordable houses and public rental houses.
