On the afternoon of August 28th, local time, Zhejiang Talent Recruitment Event was held in Washington, D.C, USA.
At the Recruitment Event, leaders from relevant departments of Zhejiang introduced Zhejiang s economic and social development as well as business and innovation environment for talents, publicized Zhejiang s policies for the absorption of high-level overseas talents, and presented more than 600 demands for talents and science and technology projects. Of the nearly 200 high-level overseas talents attending the Recruitment Event, 70% expressed willingness to start business back in China.
It is learned that doctors, post-doctors, and professors accounted for 70% of the overseas talents attending this Recruitment Event.
