The 4th Zhejiang Forest Tourism Festival, the 2nd Shaoxing Forest Leisure Festival, and the 12th China (Xinchang) Tianmu Mountain Cultural Tourism Festival opened on September 26, in a square situated in Qianzhangyougu Scenic Area in Xinchang.
This forest tourism festival was co-sponsored by Zhejiang Forestry Administration, Zhejiang Tourism Bureau, Shaoxing Municipal People s Government, and People s Government of Xinchang County. It will last for five days with a series of activities such as travel companions from Yangtze River Delta meeting at Tianmu Mountain, exhibition of forest recreation products, the inauguration of Qiguang Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas, 2010 South of the Yangtze River Buddhist Concert as well as academic activities such as summit forum on forest recreation.
