October 31th is the 17th Anniversary of the Promulgation of Law of the People's Republic of China on Red Cross Society. On October 28th, Shaoxing Red Cross held a series of activities in Shaoxing Changan Leyuan Community, such as medical consultation and gratuitous treatment. And the teaching of first-aid measures attracted many residents.
