Wei Liucheng, Secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee met with Victor Restis, Chief Executive Officer of Restis Group, and his entourages in Haikou on the afternoon of June 25, 2010.

Wei Liucheng extended a warm welcome to the visiting guests. After briefing on Hainan International Tourism Destination construction and its unique featured tourism resources and potential. Wei Liucheng deeply appreciated Restis's special ideas to engage in the development of Hainan and also welcomed all the investors from home and abroad especially those who have first-class development ability to invest in Hainan. Hainan will provide favourable investment environment and great support for investors.

Victor Restis said Hainan owns the similar resources as the State of Florida and he is confident about the development outlook of Hainan Province. This has given further indication that the Restis Group highly values the cooperation with Hainan in the fields of tourism infrastructure construction, theme park and yacht etc.
