With its increasing scale of specialized purchasing, the Food Fair is more and more influential. This year, invited to take part in the Food Fair are 3000 purchasers, including many business to business websites, so that the specialization of the fair is further improved.
Among the 3000 purchasers are large enterprises in the province, including Lotus, A. Best, Trust-Mart, Wal-Mart, 360 Buy.com, Amazon.com, and White Swan Hotel, etc, and some large local supermarkets like Yijiayi and Rt-Mart, etc. Through cooperation with the provincial Food and Beverage Association, the host of this fair is to organize the participation of more than 100 food and beverage groups in this event, including Yum Restaurant, Ajisen Ramen, Greenery Caf and Holiday Inn Triumphal, etc.
Investment groups were specifically sent out to visit more than 30 large wholesale food markets, enlisting the participation of 314 wholesalers and merchants in the Food Fair who are to attend this event with their purchasing lists. In the Food Fair this year, cured meat accounts for 30% of the total items on display, red wine 30%, snacks 30% and food machinery 10%. The quantity and quality of the items on display have been on the increase, offering purchasers more choices.
