Eastern China Power Design Institute, Central South Power Design Institute, Electric Industry Material and Component Test &Inspection Center, Hei Longjiang Province Electrical Power Corporation, Guangdong Grid Company and Zhejiang Province Electrical Power Experimental Institute constitute the Appraisal Committee. You yongjiao in National Grid of Beijing Electrical Power Construction Institute as the director of Committee.
The Appraisal Committee firstly hear the summarize report on development of Product, Inspection and Test, application of product. Then they reviewed the appraisal data and tested the sample. After discussion, OPPC products have advantage of reasonable structure and good performance; it has double function of power transmission and communication, furthermore there are innovations about OPPC stranding techniques. The products were carried out type test by The National Grid of Beijing Electrical Power Construction Institute. The testing group of Committee also points out that the product performance accords with National Standard and Enterprise regulation in varied aspects.
