Establishment of CMC Tasly Group B.V. (Holland)

On May 1, CMC Tasly Group B.V. (Holland) was set up in Amsterdam. Mr. Yan Xijun, President of Tasly Group, and Mr. Zhu Yonghong, General Manager of Tasly Imp&Exp Trade Co., Ltd attended the ceremony.

On the basis of former Chinese Medical Center B.V.(Holland), which was initially set up by Mr. Dong Zhilin, CMC Tasly Group B.V. has been enlarged and reformed by Tasly Group with capital increase. As one of its three missions of internationalization, Tasly is aiming to build up a multinational pharmaceutical enterprise to spread the essence of Chinese culture and Chinese medicine.
