On Oct. 5, the monthly work conference of the Group system was successfully held in Guangzhou Evergrande Hotel. Present at the conference were Professor Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, Dr. Xia Haijun, Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors and President, Li Gang, Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice-president, leaders at various levels from the Headquarters of the Group, and members of management teams of regional companies and subordinate companies.
The conference was presided by Dr. Xia Haijun, President of the Group. This conference was held when the performance of the Group has grown to a large extent, and salaries of employees have been increased. In the conference, in addition to the summarization of the performance of the Company, the development direction of the Company in the next step in aspects such as the completion of the management framework and the enhancement of encouragement for employees were also pointed out.
In the conference, Li Gang, Executive Vice-president, read out the important decisions of the Group Company in terms of salary adjustment, organization adjustment, appraisal, and reward and punishment, etc.
In the conference, Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, emphasized that human resources was the basis for the development of the Company. It is equally important to improve the welfare of employees and to create the platform for improvement and promotion of human resources. While confirming and making clear the policies on salary and encouragement of the Company, Chairman Hui also put forward higher requirements on important jobs in terms of development of new projects, financing, and engineering construction.
