The nationwide video conference on the systemic monthly work of Evergrande Real Estate Group was successfully held on January 7. Present at the conference were Professor Hui Ka Yan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, Li Gang, Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, vice-president and assistant president of the Group, middle-level cadres of the Group, and the leaders of regional companies and subordinate companies.

In the conference, Chairman Hui highly and fully affirmed the work in 2010 performed by the Group Company, especially the outstanding achievements in the steady operation and forward development of the Company. Looking into the New Year, Chairman Hui clarified the new development guideline of the Group, that is, to achieve overall transcendence in multiple key indexes through the all-around management improvement. In addition, Chairman Hui made the arrangement on the recent key work of the Group in the conference.

Chairman Hui said in the conference, 2010 serves as a link between past and future during the fifth Three-year Program of the Group, when the Group, as an international listed company, has obtained outstanding achievements in the steady operation and forward development.

For the development target of New Year, Chairman Hui said, the Group has advantages to achieve overall transcendence, and at the same time needs to stand against the severe challenges. 2011 will be a year for the Group to achieve overall transcendence, which not only means to achieve self- transcendence, but also means to achieve overall transcendence in key indexes in the real estate industry of China or even the real estate industry of the world.

It is learned that so far, the Group has had 121 projects in 62 cities throughout the country. In 2011, the full-year contracted sales target of the Group is 70 billion yuan, and the full-year sales amount of handed-over residences is 60 billion yuan.
