Sudan service seminar on Yutong buses concludes successfully

The Sudan service seminar on Yutong buses jointly organized by the company and its chartered service provider, YANGGZE RIVER SINOTRUK CO., LTD., kicked off in Sudanese capital city of Khartoum on December 30th, 2009. The chairman of Sudan Automotive Federation, presidents from over 20 local transportation companies, namely our customers, as well as service managers and engineers from the other two chartered service providers were invited to attend the event.

At the beginning of the seminar, Yutong staff introduced the Customer-oriented motto of the company, publicized the preferential warranty policy and elaborated the features and strong points of the three service providers in Sudan. It is pledged that Yutong would give all-around support to the three service providers in Sudan in terms of spare parts, technical support, information transmission, service implementation, etc. to guarantee the high efficient operation of them, thus ultimately creating greater value for customers.

The service managers and engineers from the three service providers also made a statement in the seminar, and would jointly make efforts to optimize the after-sales service and ensure the smooth operation of buses, laying a solid foundation for the company s healthy and steady development in local market in the future.
