CFHI Held 2009 Science and Technology Commendation Conference

In the morning of March 4^th, CFHI held 2009 technical commendation conference at meeting center, prominent contribution specialist , outstanding talents , grass root innovation merit award , patent declaration advanced unit and advanced individual in 2008 was given commendation and reward in the meeting. Board chairman Mr. Wu Shengfu gave an important speech in the meeting, Party committee secretary Mr. Zhao Lixin presided over the meeting and raised requirement.

In his speech, board chairman Mr. Wu Shengfu shows his warmly congratulations on behalf of CFHI to the awarded units and individual, and appreciated sincerely to all of them. Combined with present economic situation, raised three points of requirement for CFHI technical innovation work.

First, all the staff should know well about the science and technology play an important role in the development of enterprise, enhances the responsibility and sense of urgency about self innovation.

Second, should enhances system construction of technical innovation, guarantee the improvement of CFHI innovation ability in system.

Third, enhances the R&D strength on new product, builds large enterprise group which has international competitive capacity.

Mr. Wu Shengfu pointed out, that it is the history task of all the staff to improve self innovation ability, establishes enterprise with innovation type, provides strong technology support for CFHI scientific development. We believe by the efforts together with all the cadres and employees and technical talents, we believe that CFHI surely will create a new situation in science and technology innovation work, lays a firm foundation for building big enterprise with international famous brand and core competitive power.

CFHI Party committee secretary Mr. Zhao Lixin raised specific requirement on carrying out spirit of meeting, and emphasized science and technology progress and self innovation are the inevitable choice for CFHI to realize scientific development in the intense market competition, we must surpass ourselves, bravely climbing peaks, with strong sense of responsibility and sense of urgent, grasps opportunity, continuously innovation, to make the love of career and pursue of ideal to actual action, creates splendid achievement in the practice of CFHI scientific development, creates a new situation in CFHI science and technology work.

Director-general Mr. Ma Ke made the work report whose topic is Perfect the system, Strength Innovation, Provides Firm Guarantee for CFHI Continuously Development, made a summary on technical innovation in year 2008, and made an allocation and arrangement for technical innovation work in year 2009.

Deputy director of CFHI Party committee Mr. Li Ziling interpreted CFHI science and technology innovation work prize , and read Denomination Decision on Commendation 2008 Prominent Contribution Specialist , Outstanding Talents , Grass Root Innovation Merit Prize and Patent Declaration Advanced Unit and Advanced Individual , awarded MR. Zhang Guoli the title of 2008-2009 prominent contribution specialist , awarded 60 comrades such as Mr. Yuan Guotong the title of 2008-2009 CFHI outstanding talents , awarded 30 items Grass roots innovation merit prize such as Improve on Spray Welding Roll Barrel Material proposed by Mr. Shang Shenghai, awarded technical center Dalian Design & Research Institute etc three units honorable title of Patent Declaration Advanced Unit , awarded Mr. Yin Wenqi 5 persons honorable title of Patent Declaration Advanced Individual . And hope the prize winning units and individual cherish honor, guard against pride and haste, by this opportunity, make persistent efforts, and try to have greater achievement.
