China National Offshore 12 million tons per year Huizhou refinery project had intensely constructed for more than three years and smooth completed by March, 2009. After approval inspection by national, province and city s departments of safety environment protection, fire prevention etc., the project entered into the period of testing for combined commissioning. Under the correct direction by our enterprise s general commissioning leading team, all staff work hard, operation production work are pushing forward with steady step according to plan, and starting procedures are safe, stable and smooth.

Up to April, 30th, 2009, there are 13 sets of main equipments have been commissioned successfully in one time, such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, high-pressure hydrogenation, Delayed Coking, Catalytic Cracking and so on. The refinery technical process completely connected, the products of liquefied gas, naphtha, steam-coal firewood, coke, sulfur etc. are all qualified. Since April 25^th the first liquefied gas shipped and sold, the products of Huizhou refinery product goes into the market one after another which has created the domestic refinery factory outstanding achievement on whole commissioning production. The Huizhou refinery project commissioning production achieved the complete success!
