CFHI Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Sinotrans

July 7^th, CFHI stock company signed strategic cooperation agreement with Sinotrans about development of comprehensive logistic business in the world. CFHI stock company board chairman Mr. Wu Shengfu attended the signing ceremony with director-general of Sinotrans Mr. Zhang Jianwei.

Both of the two companies are central enterprises which affiliated with the State Council, CFHI had close cooperation with Sinotrans for many years, both parties had become reliable cooperate partners. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement meant a strong union which based on requirement of both parties strategic development, marked the cooperative level will be higher, cooperative field will be wider, information communication and business exchange will become more frequent.
