President Wu Shengfu requests to build

According to the overall plan of the quality issue of Group Company, Quality Supervision Month in 2009 casting and forging quality issue symposium was held in casting and forging company. President Wu Shengfu participated and delivered important speech. Senior deputy president Zhang Zhenrong presided at the meeting.

President Wu Shengfu first introduced the situation CFHI now confronted with. He pointed that products quality and delivery period are two hard nuts that trouble Casting and Forging Company. Only by assuring the products quality can we guarantee the delivery period and increase credibility for further contracts. Products quality and delivery period are the important tasks to boost development of CFHI.

When analyzing the causes of products quality problems, Wu Shengfu said, quality problem, after all, is management problem. He required all the manage department of casting and forging company, cadres of all levels should perform one s own duties down to earth and clarify the responsibility of departments, modify all kinds of system and regulate management, divide the duties into each level, each member, and build a perfect and delicate evaluation system.

He called for managers in each level to fulfill their responsibility and implement all kinds of system and requirements and corresponding evaluation.

He also believes casting and forging company can overcome the difficulties on the way of development and improve the abilities and shoulder the important responsibility. He wishes all staff in Casting and Forging Company could do their best to achieve the goal of building the world-class casting and forging base.

Senior deputy president Zhang Zhenrong requests to make measures and positive actions and verify during exercising the measures for making actions into procedures and systems in order to enhance the quality steadily and achieve sustainable development.

Quality assurance department leader Su Junqing had comprehensively summed up the quality of casting and forging company in the first half of the year.
