Gu Xiulian visited CFHI

In Sep, 24^th, Gu Xiulian, director of National Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth and ex-deputy commissioner of the NPC standing committee, visited CFHI accompanied by counterparts from the provincial and municipal government.

Accompanied by CFHI managers Wu Shengfu, Liu Dengyun, Sun Min and Liu Changren, Gu Xiulian visited the CFHI military product factory, machining factory for nuclear products, hydraulic forging press factory, roll and power station business department and heavy-duty manufacturing factory.

The CFHI general manager Wu Shengfu introduced briefly CFHI s developmental status, product mix, marketing strategy, R&D, technological upgrade, etc.

Mr.Wu said that products with high added value have been continuously researched and developed in the past few years, especially that of hydrogenerating equipment and nuclear stations. The start of 150MN hydraulic forging press and construction of the world s largest casting and forging base enables a top-level manufacturing capability for CFHI.

CFHI has stepped into a new era with its output value surpasses10 billion RMB. In face of the present economic crisis, CFHI is keep moving forward by the implementation of strategic reconstruction and improvement of independent innovation, thus to strengthen its core competitiveness and resistance ability against risks.

CFHI will make more contributions to the development of China s heavy-duty equipment manufacturing industry.

By the end of the visit, Mrs. Gu expressed her excitement and inspiration on seeing those qualified staffs and advanced equipment in CFHI, as well as the extraordinary view of their working sites and products. She hopes that CFHI could grasp the opportunity of the state policy, which encourages the rejuvenation of the old northeast industry areas. She also wishes that by reformation and innovation, CFHI could make more contributions to the national economy.
