In order to enhance the ability of independently research and develop, according to the difficulties encountered in the research of large scale steel ingot melting and big size casting steel simulation and imitation, CFHI Tianjin Heavy Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. specially invited professor Mr. Liu Baicheng, the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and his task group members, professor Mr. Shen Houfa, professorMr. Kang Jinwu to the Tianjin R&D Center to deliver an academic report on large scale steel ingot and casting production technology and modeling simulation.

Mr. Liu Baicheng currently holds the post of Professor of School of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University as well as doctoral supervisor. He proposed the reform of the traditional casting industry by computer system very early and he has made many contributions in exploiting the fields of casting process macro & micro simulations. He is an international authorized expert in the field of large scale steel ingot and large scale castings and forgings and he have made plenty of reports in many International Material and Engineering Academic Conferences.

This conference is a scientific research training of high level and 90 people in all attended it, including people from management department and R&D members from different departments by video in Tianjin and Fularji. This report helps the employees in Tianyan to know more about the advanced technology and the latest industry development trend at home and abroad, enriched their information and widen the eyereach. At the same time, the report offers CFHI a new thinking way of developing 600 tons steel ingot and gives the directions for the relevant scientific research job to strive for perfection and keep improving.
