In order to fulfill the goal of production value in 2009, the Technical Service Department of R&D Institute has made a comprehensive management on its technical service and personnel dispatch, focusing on their accommodation to production and improvement of efficiency, which has made a great contribution to the fulfillment of that goal.
Technical service provided by the department has been asked for of higher level due to the large number of co-manufacturing products and some special characteristics of projects in 2009, such as the TKS2150mm and AHMSA 3500mm hot strip rolling mills, Xinyu 1550mm TCM, the press for Shenlong, continuous casters for Russian and Indian projects, which are all belongs to precise and hi-tech equipment. Thus a large number of service engineers are needed to meet the requirements of the production sectors.
The Department has been proactively advocating for improvement of professional qualities and cultivation of young engineers in the recent years. Experienced engineers are grouped with those who have activeness in their jobs to form excellent teamwork.
