The 5000T production line of nickel and nickel alloys manufactured by CFHI for Jinchuan Co., Ltd. is finished in December 9th. The line is designed and made by CFHI with patented technologies. Its last edger mill was jointly inspected by the customer in the CFHI heavy-duty machinery factory. All the parameters in the inspection specifications were proved to have been met. The completion of this project indicates that CFHI has made a great step in the R&D of rare metal processing equipment.
The line is the first largest of its kind that is made by Chinese manufacturer. It is mainly composed of 3 horizontal mills, 1 edger mill and auxiliary machines. The product of this line will be used in the fields of aviation, aerospace, nuclear power etc.
It is the first cooperation between CFHI and Jinchuan Co.,Ltd. CFHI won the contract with the customer by its achievement in the metallurgic equipment and the ability in designing and manufacturing.
It is reported that the production of nickel and nickel alloys is far below the needs in China with a large portion by importation. However, the price of production lines from foreign manufactures is much higher than that of domestic ones. This 5000T line will greatly promote the output capability of various nickel and nickel alloy products and increase the supply of those products in domestic market. the demand of such kinds of product in domestic market..
