On December 7^th, 2009, the test run of newly built Baosteel 2030mm Continuous Annealing Line has been successfully accomplished in the workshop of Shanghai plant. With the roaring running of payoff reel and annealing furnace, the first strip spouts out of the quenching furnace and enters into the 2030mm skin pass mill. This is the significant moment for the after-sale service team of CFHI.

For the purpose of successful test of the new continuous annealing line, members of the after-sale service team of CFHI have contributed and sacrificed the overtime, the rest and holidays. Under the organization of Quality Assurance Department of CFHI, all the members of service team cooperated together closely and solved the difficult problems one by one, which ensures the successful test of the new skin pass mill. Thisis the dream of Baosteel people and the pride of CFHI people fighting on site.

The skin pass mill is the heart part of the complete continuous annealing line. This line is the first set of skin pass mill which is self designed and manufactured in China. The similar lines built in China in the past are all imported or co-manufactured projects with foreign companies. The successful test of Baosteel 2030mm continuous annealing line has filled the technology blank in China.

The successful installation, test run and trial product of Baosteel 2030mm Skin Pass Mill in advance is the magnifical promise that CFHI people made to Baosteel people also the demonstration of service philosophy of CFHI. On the eve that Baosteel 2030mm Skin Pass Mill will be put into the production, the after-sale service team of CFHI will undertake the service of Skin Pass Mill of Baosteel 1850mm Continuous Annealing Line built for the Stainless Steel Plant.

Therefore, the service team has to rush about the two working sites. Even there is a far distance between two working sites, CFHI service personnel will show up wherever is on demand. In order not to influence the work on two sites, the service personnel of CFHI broke the boundary of job titles and distributed the work within the team rationally.

The design engineers, assembling workers, pipe fitters and QCs for OPI cooperated with each other closely and devoted their working passion to the accomplishment of good faith and promises of CFHI. This shows the values of CFHI people and the bosom of CFHI as a responsible enterprise.

The service personnel of CFHI are cautious to record the problems occurred during the installation and commissioning of Baosteel 2030mm Skin Pass Mill to find out the solutions. The design of 2030mm Skin Pass Mill and 1850mm Skin Pass Mill are the similar, therefore the service team can solve the similar problems which may occur on the 1850mm Skin Pass Mill.

Under the leading of the responsible team leader, the service personnel of CFHI gave up the festival vacations and holidays. When the people are watching the parade of 60 years ceremony of P.R. of China and when the people are enjoying the happy time with family in the mid-autumn festival, the service personnel are working on the 1850mm Skin Pass Mill site for seven days silently.

They forgot to call their family, even forgot to send a SMS to say hello . The hard working of the service team solved abundant problems found during the installation and commissioning and brought forward the progress of the project. Even the strict and serious Baosteel people made a great compliment to the after-sale service team and their working attitude.

The coming commission of Baosteel stainless steel 1850mm Skin Pass Mill will be a new challenge to the after-sale service team of CFHI.
