CFHI First Competition for Partial Leading Cadres in Management Position in Public

CFHI first competed for partial leading cadres in management position in public for improving mechanism of selecting and appointing leading cadres and pushing enterprise scientific development forward. It started to receive application in public since January 4^th. The competition written examination scores was published openly on January 8^th. The assessment meeting of competition for leading cadres was held in open for first time on January 9^th. Wu Shengfu-CFHI General Manager and Zhao Lixin - Party Secretary of CFHI made the speech at this meeting.

Totally 37 persons made the application for 11 management positions during this public competition. 32 persons attended the written examination through qualification examination, of which 30 persons finally entered the assessment meeting to make work report and received the check and evaluation from assessment committee numbers coming from each unit, department and first production line including the senior management level.

At the assessment meeting, Wu Shengfu said, CFHI selected partial leading cadres in public for the first time according to the requirement of deepening Three System reform by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which is the first step and solid step in the course of CFHI cadre personnel system reform.

Zhao Lixin said, competition in public, as a new mode and beneficial exploration would push CFHI cadre team construction and organization construction.
