Success Report to the CFHI Headquarter from the Project Office in Iran

In April 26^th (local time), the 5 RCD reactors CFHI manufactured for Arak Refinery Expansion and Upgrading Project of NIOEC have been successfully hydrotested at one time. All welds on the 5 reactors have passed NDTs. The schedule is fulfilled ahead of the time and it has been praised highly by the NIOEC, SEI, Chinese Embassy in Iran and specialists from other countries. It is the first time that CFHI has ever made a batch production of these large-scale reactors. CFHI has obtained great honor from our customer and for the Chinese manufacturing industry. Its success will make a great contribution to CFHI for winning more domestic and oversea market.

Although the transportation of the shell rings was much delayed, the fabrication of two and a half vessels has been done smoothly in 52 days from March 5^th to April 26^th. Each of the welds have been heat treated and NDT inspected twice. The 3^rd, the 4^th and the 5^th vessels were successfully hydrotested at one time in March 26^th, April 16^th and April 26^th, respectively. Up till now, the Project Office has completely finished all the site jobs of the 5 reactors.

The working staff of the Project Office at site have earned great honor for their hard work. The customer and SEI have jointly sent a commendatory letter to the Office, affirming our working attitude, exquisite technical skill, strict quality control and systematic management. It will play a positive role in improving the CFHI influence in the petrochemical field in Iran.
