Excellent Performance by the CFHI Foremen in the Remote Training Program

Over 50 foremen from CFHI have participated in the remote training program on management capability. All of them have achieved great results in their study.

In April 15^th, a meeting was held by the SAASA of the State Council in Tsinghua University, summarizing the training progress in the past stage and planning for the next. 15030 persons from 85 central enterprises have taken part in the initial training program. Those team leaders from CFHI have got the 1^st position of the average performance in the courses and self-examinations and the 10^th position of those who have made the greatest progress CFHI was one of the 12 enterprises which have been praised for the great performance of their staffs.

The team leaders who participated in the initial training were from 8 affiliated units of CFHI. The training started from November 2009, and 17 foremen have already finished all the courses. They have been actively applying the knowledge learned from the program in their actual job and have achieved obvious progress.
