On April 25th, 2010, CFHI held the 3rd Meeting of the 1st Session of Board of Supervision in Inn Fine Hotel, Dalian. The deputy team leader as the 3rd National Enterprise Finance Patrol Team, Mr. Dong Yancheng, has attended the meeting. Mr. Li Ziling, Mr. Xu Congyong, Mr. Jiang Jinshui, Ms. Jiang Ling, and Mr. Liu Ruiyuan, also presented themselves as the CFHI s Supervisors.
The meeting is presided by CFHI s Chairmen of Board of Supervision, Mr. Li Ziling.
All the supervisors have carefully reviewed and consulted the proposals with the name of 2009 CFHI Work Report of Board of Supervision , 2009 CFHI Financial Settlement Report , 2009 CFHI Annual Report and Abstract , 2010 1st quarter CFHI Report and CFHI s Proposal on temporary supplementary to circulating fund sourcing from the raised fund left unused , and voted by ballot and got consistent agreement for final resolutions. Four resolutions of them will be submitted to General Meeting of Share Holders for further consideration.
