CFHI held the 7th Meeting of the 1st Session of Directorate

On April 25^th, 2010, CFHI held the 7th Meeting of the 1^st Session of Board of Directors in Inn Fine Hotel, Dalian. The deputy team leader of the 3^rd National Enterprise Finance Patrol Team, Mr. Dong Yancheng, and the deputy director-level patrol commissioner, Mr. Chen Xianwen have attended the meeting, together with the presence of Mr. Shi Guang as the leader of the 14^th office of Board of Supervision for the State-owned important and large enterprise and Xia Zhiyong as the director-level professional supervisor designated by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The CFHI s director, Mr. Wu Shengfu presented the meeting, together with Mr. Zhao Lixin, Mr. Ma Ke, Mr. Liu Dengyun, and the independent directors, Mr. Liu Bin, Mr. Liu Zhangmin, Mr. He Muyun, and Mr. Chen Tianli. The director, Mr. Wang Yong entrust the director Mr. Wu Shengfu to present the meeting in place of him and perform the voting right. The representatives from Board of Supervision, Some of High Management, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of CFHI and the Agent Organization attend as a nonvoting delegate.

The meeting is presided by CFHI s Chairman of Board, Mr. Wu Shengfu.

All the directors have carefully reviewed and consulted the proposals with the name of 2009 CFHI Work Report of Board of Directors , 2009 CFHI Annual Report and Abstract , 2009 CFHI Profit Distribution Proposal , 2010 1^st quarter CFHI Report and Proposal on holding 2009 CFHI s General Meeting of Shareholders and the others, totally 19 proposals, and voted by ballot and got consistent agreement for final resolutions. Eleven (11) resolutions of them will be submitted to general meeting of share holders for further consideration.
