CFHI Finished the Biggest Overall Contracting Project includes Mechanical, Electrical and Fluids

In the morning 4 a.m. on July 30^th, on test run site of 1780 HSM manufactured by CFHI for Cangzhou Zhongtie Company is crowded, the smell of fireworks and aromatic of wine are in the air. On the new built 1780 HSM, fire red steel blank passed through rough mill, finishing mill quickly, formed beautiful coil on the coiler, the main quality index reached the requirement of design, Cangzhou Zhongtie Company 1780 HSM was successfully test run for one time.

This 1780 HSM is overall project of independent intellectual property of CFHI on mechanical, electrical and fluids, the total amount of this contract is 1.12892 billion yuan, it is also the biggest overall contracting project at present in CFHI. This hot rolling line applies most mature, advance process and equipment, the advanced electric control system, the equipment capacity of the whole line can reach the international advanced level, after put into operation, Zhongtie Company will have the production capacity of annually 6 million tons steel.

The success of this localization line test run of this 1780 HSM, marked the equipment manufacturing capacity has gone beyond historical record, meanwhile, it shows the capacity of CFHI metallurgical equipment manufacturing.

The build and operation of this production line will play an important role on the adjustment of product mix, developing high level new product, realizing better and faster development, and the enterprise will reach new increase of one billion yuan annually.
