Tongwei holds 2011 annual monitoring system conference

Feb, 17, the 2011 annual monitoring system work conference was held at Tongwei. Presided by chairman of the board of supervisors, Yan Baoquan, the conference s prime objective was to summarize the audit and supervision work of 2010, and arrange assignments for 2011. Board chairman of Tongwei group Liu Hanyuan attended the conference and made a keynote speech. Also present were Group executive vice president Zhuo Yujiao, chairman of board of supervisors Chen Xingyu, vice president of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Yan Hu, as well as over 30 officials from audit and supervision departments.

At the conference, Mr. Liu Hanyuan gave high credit and confirmation to the important role and active contributions of audit and supervision work during the past year. He emphasized on business operation as the centre task of audit and supervision. Also, it is necessary to establish a control system and take more effective measures for a higher level and standard in the new year.

Combined with the management key points in 2011, Mr. Yan Hu brought up new requirements for audit and supervision work: 1. making transition of work ideas and position consciousness to promote transition of the Group s supervision work. 2. Improving working means and methods and adjusting organization structure. 3. Making full use of human resources and providing systematic career planning for staff members.
