Lanting Waterfront Phase II of Agile Garden Shunde was grandly launched
On 30 October, Agile Garden Shunde was once again in the limelight of the whole city that Lanting Waterfront Phase II, the top class phase of apartments with lake view, was grandly launched which had been eagerly waited by the buyers in the city. As of 31 October, Shunde Project made a remarkable sales performance of approximately RMB930 million on a monthly accumulative basis.
Lanting Waterfront Phase II, the phase newly launched in Shunde Project, is the paradigm of medium- and small-sized apartments. The area of each flat approximately ranges from 76 to 107 , and 168 apartments were launched, including the single house of E flat type which caused a sensation in the whole city in 2009. This time, the project has been newly upgraded that allows sufficient natural light and fresh air coming from both south and north, and has a design of two lifts for three flats on each floor. On the subscription day, people rushed to the jam-packed venue for flat selection, and we could see four customers scrambling for the same flat. With less than one hour since the launch, all the 01, 02 units of Block 23B (E flat type) were sold, which were extraordinarily popular.
Since April 2010, policies were introduced frequently to inhibit home purchases for investment and speculative purposes, so that the market has a strong sentiment to adopt a wait-and-see attitude. The small-sized flats of surrounding competitive projects have been contesting with each other which encourage customers to compare and bargain the price. However, given the advantages such as being situated at a core section, exquisite scenery and practical flat type, Agile Garden Shunde has been welcomed by many buyers.
