On April 30, 2009, the fourth session of the 1st NUC Teachers Congress is held at the KE-Yi Yuan Hall. With a theme of In-depth Study and Practice of the Scientific Concept of Development, the congress is held to emancipate the mind, deepen the reform, innovate the mechanisms, and promote the all-round development of NUC.
At the congress, Zhang Wendong, President of NUC, gives a work report emphasizing that scientific concept of development should be carried out in order to create a new situation for the school's future development. Afterwards, representatives have group discussion on how to implement the scientific development concept and promote the scientific development of NUC.
