Italy: Geox launches sports shoes using patented mesh technology

Presenting the first entirely breathable Geox collection dedicated to the world of sport.
A line for men and women, each in three variations, the new range from Geox is designed and made to satisfy female and male tastes.
NET is the name: a new project, a new patented technology, a new design.
The new footwear takes the form of the Alpha line, which was designed to offer an entirely breathable athletic shoe without renouncing the latest fashion trends.
The rubber sole in the Alpha collection, which in any sports shoe is applied along the entire length of the foot, consists of a simple outside anti-slip frame and a supporting net made of technical material which, together with the characteristic Geox membrane, enhances the breathable properties of the shoes.
The upper is made breathable thanks to the airmesh, a polyester material with weave that allows the foot to breathe, and is well supported by the use of geobuck, a soft, resistant material.
The lateral part, or quarter, has polyurethane or calf micro-injections on the airmesh of the upper to support the lateral structure and at the same time create a vertical pattern of curvy lines.
All this converges in a microfibre ring which allows the shoe to adapt to the foot like the skin.
Reflective detailing in either matching modern shades, or natural colours, are applied on the heel, toe and the sides of the shoes so that it can be used at night in complete safety.
