Sweden retail magnate—H&M is preparing to open its outlets in Shanghai, HongKong and is anticipated to finish in March. This is the first time for H&M to enter into China, Asia.
As the biggest fashion retail enterprise in Sweden, H&M spread its sales network quickly depending on its reasonable price, fashion style and diversified management since it opened first retail store in Sweden in 1947. Until now, it has owns over 1300 outlets in EU, Middle-East, North-America etc.
In 2005. H&M turnover reached 9.8billion Dollars. In recent years, H&M plan to turn itself to Asia market.
Now, the outlet of H&M in HongKong is ready for open in March.
H&M will spread market share at the rate of 10%-15% yearly. Succeeding to the first market is EU, second US, the current objective market is Asia.
It is disclosed by H&M Group that H&M will open flagship store in Shanghai, then enter into other cities in China.
