Nigeria federation government decided to withdraw textile import ban

It is reported that Nigeria federation government decided to withdraw ban for importing textile and impose 10% tariff on textile, which can enter into Nigeria without any limit.

The news minister of Nigeria Nweke showed that the above decision was designed to improve Nigeria's capability to produce high quality products. Nweke disclosed when be interviewed by reporter that the products without ban included lace, metal yarn, carpet etc. It is also disclosed that above cargo can only allowed entering into Nigeria through harbor and airport.

It is known that Nigeria has ever banned textile import in 2003 because Nigeria manufacture enterprises censured that there are unqualified textile's dumping in Nigeria.
