To improve investment environment, attract China enterprise, Africa countries issue all kinds of measures in succession. Cameroon establishes freedom industry area in the form of China economy development area. China enterprise can build factory in Africa, import& export products without admission and quota restriction and enjoy zero tariff except the one produce oil. Besides, the enterprises established in development area need not pay direct tax and indirect tax.
The chairman of Africa Union Ambassador Association in People s Republic of China said:" Many countries in Africa have specialized law to protect China enterprise while we also establish many freedom industry area for offering more favorable policy to China market". Big enterprise can invest in resource, mine in Africa while small-middle sized enterprises can find fitted item in Africa. For examples, Rwanda need partner of tea dealers, Kenya hope to distribute tropic fruit to China and import daily product from China, Ethiopian wait for explore of silkworm textile etc.
